■ Product Overview

The FGY series high temperature molten salt submerged pump is a RY type upgrade product developed and designed by our company based on the needs of users based on the RY type molten salt pumps produced for many years and referring to the structure of the same type of products abroad.

The FGY series is more complete than the replacement product RY type molten salt pump product series, and has a longer service life. It can be transferred from a single molten salt to be converted into molten salt, and can also be used as a high-temperature chemical material transport. The medium temperature is <850 ℃.

The design of FGY series fully considers the working conditions such as the cooling of the transmission part and the sealing of the saturated steam of the transmission medium, and has made a lot of improvements to the original RY type pump structure and verified it through experiments;

1. There is a cooling device at the bearing part, so that the working environment of the bearing is not affected by the high temperature medium.

2. The cooling water is in direct contact with the shaft, and the high temperature of the medium will not be transmitted to the rotating part due to the shaft.

3. The unique structure ensures that the cooling water never enters the medium.

4. No need to maintain high temperature resistant sealing device, so that the saturated steam of the conveyed medium will not escape, (especially in the condition of conveying molten salt, even a small amount of nitrite saturated steam is harmful to humans and causes cancer.)

The combination of various high-temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant materials makes the FGY series high-temperature submersible pumps not only suitable for such as: membrane-type solid alkali, and binary and ternary molten salts for organic fluorine cracking, but also It is used for high temperature fluid transportation of phosphate fertilizer, petroleum cracking and other devices. Because the heat is completely prevented from being transmitted to the transmission part, the life of the FGY series pump is greatly improved compared with the same type of high temperature submerged pump (molten salt pump).
