The F-TL type desulfurization pump is a new generation of high-efficiency series desulfurization pump based on the experience of the successful design and manufacture of ZM series slurry pumps, according to the characteristics of my country's flue gas desulfurization pump, absorbing the advanced technology of similar products at home and abroad, and carefully developed. The maximum flow range of the pump can reach 12000mm³/h, the pump head is generally below 100m, covering all desulfurization system pump working conditions, can be used as absorption tower large slurry circulation pump and limestone slurry delivery pump, gypsum slurry discharge pump, recovery Pumps, pit pumps, etc.

Performance and material characteristics

■Hydraulic design adopts computer CAD-aided design and two-phase flow theory design.

■High pump efficiency, long service life and reliable operation.

■Overflow parts are made of all-metal abrasion-resistant chromium-nickel alloy material. Both abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance are considered. The surface intergranular gap is small.

■High reliability of operation, the all-metal pump overcomes the shortcomings of non-metallic pump lining, such as falling off, tearing and deformation.

■ Small hydraulic friction loss, more than 3% higher efficiency than non-metallic pumps with the same parameters.

■The size of all metal pumps is easy to control and ensure, the surface finish of parts is high, the clearance of parts is small, the volumetric efficiency is high, and the overall efficiency is more than 5% higher than that of non-metallic pumps.

■Over-current components have a long service life, and the metal shielding plate is more resistant to shear sliding wear than ordinary non-metallic materials, and can withstand long-term shear wear.

■Dynamic abrasion resistance is 0.008～0.08mm years, high tensile strength, can maintain constant performance under long-term abrasion conditions.

Shaft seal type

The shaft seals all use mechanical seals. Our company's equipped mechanical seals are divided into two types: water seal type and water seal type.

■With shaft seal water type

Combined mechanical seal, the shaft seal water flow is 0.1 to 1% of the pump flow, but the minimum is not less than 1m3/h; the shaft seal water pressure is equal to 1/2 of the pump outlet pressure.

■Waterless without shaft seal

Non-aqueous medium self-washing mechanical seal, unique structure, good water saving effect.
