Because the cooling and lubrication of the chemical magnetic pump bearings rely on the medium shield being transported, it is absolutely forbidden to run dry, and at the same time to avoid space-time operation caused by restarting after power failure in the middle of the work.


2. If the conveyed medium contains solid particles, a filter screen should be added to the entrance of the chemical magnetic pump: if it contains ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter should be added.


3. The ambient temperature of the chemical magnetic pump in use should be less than 40℃, and the temperature rise of the motor should not exceed 75℃.


4. The medium sent by Yum should be within the allowable range of chemical magnetic pump materials. The minimum operating temperature of the chemical magnetic pump cannot be lower than minus 30℃ and the highest cannot exceed 100℃. The liquid with suction pressure no greater than 0.2MPa, maximum working strength 1.6MPa, density no greater than 1600Kg/m3, viscosity no greater than 30X10-6m㎡/s without hard particles and fibers.


5. If the conveying fluid is a medium that is easy to settle and easy to settle, it should be cleaned in time after use, and the liquid accumulated in the magnetic pump of the purifier should be discharged.


6. After 1000 hours of normal operation of the chemical magnetic pump, the bearing and the moving ring of the end face should be dismantled and inspected, and the wearing parts that are not suitable for reuse should be replaced.
