Pump body The design pressure of the pump body is 1.6MPa and 2.0MPa. In order to meet the requirements of users around the world, the corresponding pump body inlet and outlet flanges can be selected according to ANSI, PN and JIS standards. The inlet and outlet flanges of the pump body are located in the lower pump body, so that the rotor can be taken out without disassembling the system piping, which is convenient for maintenance. Some pumps are designed with dual flow channels to reduce radial forces, thereby extending the life of machine seals and bearings.

Impeller The hydraulic design of the impeller uses the most advanced CFD technology, thus improving the smooth operation of the S pump.

The uranium shaft diameter is relatively thick and the bearing spacing is short, which reduces the shaft deflection and extends the life of the mechanical seal and bearings.

Shaft sleeve For all S pumps, a variety of different materials can be used for the shaft sleeve to prevent the shaft from corrosion and wear, and the shaft sleeve can be replaced.

Wear ring A replaceable wear ring is used between the pump body and the impeller to prevent wear on the pump body and the impeller. It is easy to replace and has low maintenance costs, while ensuring operating clearance and high working efficiency.

Packing body The unique packing body design can use either packing or mechanical seal, and the sealing device can be replaced without removing the pump cover.

Bearing The unique bearing body design allows the bearing to be lubricated with grease or thin oil. The design life of the bearing is more than 100,000 hours. Double-row thrust bearings and closed bearings can also be used.

Materials According to the actual needs of users, the materials of S-level mid-open pumps can be copper, cast iron, ductile iron, 316 stainless steel, 416 stainless steel, bidirectional steel, Hastelloy, Meng alloy, titanium alloy and No. 20 alloy.

Installation method S-type pump has two installation methods-horizontal installation and vertical installation, vertical installation can reduce the area.
