■ Product Overview

This series of pumps are embedded with steel parts, and the flow parts are made of steel lined ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE). It is an improved product based on UHB. This material is currently a new generation of corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant engineering plastics for pumps in the world. Its most prominent advantage is that it has excellent wear resistance, impact resistance (especially low temperature impact resistance) and creep resistance in all plastics. (Resistance to environmental stress cracking) and excellent corrosion resistance.

The salient features of the pump are: multi-function, that is, a pump can adapt to various working conditions, such as transport of acid, alkaline liquid or slurry; various corrosive ore pulps in the smelting industry; various types of dilute acids in the sulfuric acid industry; environmental protection Various types of sewage in the industry. 2. Features: Corrosion and wear resistance, multi-purpose one pump, suitable for acid and alkali liquid slurry.

3. Structure:

(1) The pump body is made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, reinforced with embedded steel parts, and the thickness of the overflow parts reaches 20-40mm, which effectively prolongs the wear life and solves the phenomenon that the steel lining plastic easily falls off.

(2) The impeller is divided into two types, closed type, which can be selected according to the condition of the medium.

(3) Seal: K-type power seal.

4. Applicable medium: Sulfuric acid with a concentration of less than 80%, nitric acid with a concentration of less than 50%, hydrochloric acid of various concentrations, and liquid alkali, both for clear liquid and slurry.
