■ Working principle

The single screw pump is a kind of enclosed screw pump, which belongs to the rotor type positive displacement pump. The main working part is composed of a stator with a double-headed spiral cavity and a single-headed screw-rotor combined with it in the stator hole. When the input shaft drives the rotor through the universal joint to rotate around the stator for planetary rotation, the stator continuously combines as soon as the rotor forms a closed cavity, and the volume of these closed cavities does constant axial movement at a constant speed, passing the transport medium from the suction end through The stator-rotor is delivered to the extrusion end, and the medium sucked into the closed cavity flows through the stator without being agitated and destroyed. Therefore, it is possible to transport media and viscous liquids containing hard abrasive impurities and solid particles.
