■ Product Overview

Sewage pump series is a new generation of pump products successfully developed by our company based on the introduction of foreign advanced technology and the use of domestic water pumps. It has the advantages of significant energy saving, anti-winding, non-clogging, automatic installation and automatic control. It has a unique effect in discharging solid particles and long fiber waste.

This series of pumps uses a unique impeller structure and a new mechanical seal, which can effectively transport solids and long fibers. Compared with the traditional impeller, the impeller of the pump adopts the form of single flow channel or double flow channel. ■ Main application

This series of pumps are mainly used in municipal engineering, building construction, industrial sewage, environmental protection sewage treatment, factory and mining enterprise sewage treatment, etc., to discharge sewage, wastewater and rainwater containing solids and long fibers.

■ Conditions of use

The temperature of the medium does not exceed 60 ℃, important 1.0 ~ 1.3kg/dm3, PH value is in the range of 5-9.

The liquid level of the pump and motor without internal gravity circulation cooling system does not exceed 1/3.

Under normal circumstances, the pump must be used in the range of the head to ensure that the motor is not overloaded. If it is required to be used in the full range of the head, it should be separately noted when ordering, so that the manufacturer can manufacture it.

The pump motor current must not exceed the motor's rated current during the action.
