■ Product Overview

CQB type small magnetic drive pump is a new energy-saving product relying on magnetic coupling to transmit power. It cancels the traditional shaft seal and coupling, makes the complex dynamic seal into a reliable static seal, and eliminates the phenomenon of shaft running, running, dripping, and leakage. It is widely used in petrochemical food, pharmaceuticals, dyes, Papermaking, environmental protection, metallurgy, electric power, chemical industry and other industries.

According to the different requirements of the user to convey the medium, the magnetic drive pump produced by our company has three forms.

1. The CQF series is made of perfluoroplastic reinforced alloy (power below 2.2KW).

2. The over-current parts of CQB series in contact with liquid are made of stainless steel (power below 37KW).

3. The CIF pump body adopts fluoroplastic reinforced alloy lining, and the impeller and pump cover are pressed with fluoroplastic reinforced alloy (power below 37KW).

Because these three types of pumps use different materials, the use of pumps has expanded. It has good resistance to sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, hydrofluoric acid, hydrochloric acid and nitric acid. This series of pumps is designed according to the international standard ISO2858, and each component has a sufficient safety factor, so it can meet the requirements of high pressure and large flow, with a maximum flow of 50m3/h and a maximum head of 80m.
