FMJ type centrifugal coal slurry pump system is a new product developed by our company. The system consists of FMJ type centrifugal coal slurry pump, double end cartridge shaft seal and sealing liquid auxiliary system, elastic pin coupling, vertical It is composed of 6 parts, including variable frequency motor, common base, measuring instrument and control system. The FMJ type coal slurry pump is a single-stage single-suction vertical centrifugal pump. Its performance can fully meet the user's requirements. The system has the characteristics of low price, reasonable structure, large flow adjustment range, simple operation and convenient loading and unloading.
The design of the pump adopts international standards ISO2858 and API610 standards. The user transports media containing certain impurities. The solid content in the media can reach about 65%, and the temperature of the transport medium is not greater than 150 ℃. The entire system uses new materials, new processes and high-quality accessories to ensure the stability and reliability of the system. Therefore, this product can replace the diaphragm pump in the field of coal gasification system.
