CQB type pump is a magnetic drive single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump. It is a new magnetic drive chemical process pump. The product design adopts JB/T7742 standard.

Unless it can effectively exclude ferromagnetic particles, this product should avoid conveying liquids containing ferromagnetic materials.

1. The pump is single-stage, single-suction, horizontal, radial split, axial suction, radial discharge. Fully sealed, no leakage.

2. The optimized rigid shaft structure design has a better deflection index, which further reduces the vibration value of the pump. The force mainly depends on the auxiliary blades or balancing holes on the impeller for hydraulic balance, and the residual axial force is absorbed by the thrust bearing.

3. Adopt large thickness, heavy load, strong thrust ceramic bearings, select high purity, high wear resistance silicon carbide material, long service life.

4. The internal and external magnetic rotors are all hermetically sealed structures to prevent the pump from corroding the magnet and corroding the magnetic properties in a corrosive environment.

5. The pump body has two types of foot support and center support, which are used for different temperature media. The basic type uses foot support, and the low temperature and high temperature type uses center support.

6. The new induction wheel technology can make the necessary cavitation surplus of the pump lower.

7. A variety of circulation methods take away the eddy heat and friction heat generated in the pump to meet the transportation of different media. Typical circulatory systems are:

　A. Internal circulation type. The self-circulation is formed by the liquid pressure difference in the pump.

　B. External circulation type. When it is not appropriate to use pumping medium for self-lubricating cooling, foreign liquid can be introduced, but the foreign liquid must be higher than the pressure in the pump cavity by 0.07 ~ 0.1MPa.

9. The motor can be directly connected or connected through a coupling.

10. From the driving end, the pump rotates clockwise.

11. Flange standard can provide ANSI, HG/T20615, HG/T20592 and other options.

12. Can be equipped with ordinary Y series motor, YB series explosion-proof motor, DC motor and permanent magnet motor, etc.
