The impeller drives the liquid to rotate at high speed in the pump body, so that the liquid flow obtains high-pressure energy and high kinetic energy on the wall of the pump body flow channel.Only a part of the liquid flowing in the pump is output along the conical diffusion tube provided in the tangential direction of the circular pressure chamber The other parts of the liquid are forced to flow with the impeller, resulting in a small flow rate and high head characteristics. Its performance characteristics are: the flow rate can be adjusted according to the working conditions within the use range of the pump, and the head remains unchanged. The hydraulic performance curve of the pump is a straight horizontal line within the working range.

Direct-connected structure: The drive rotor assembly is directly connected to the motor and automatically aligned. The structure is simple, the transmission precision is high, and the cost is relatively low. The pumps in the following cases generally adopt the direct-connected structure: power P≤18.5KW and conveying medium temperature T≤100℃.

The pump that meets one of the following two conditions generally adopts the intermediate coupling type structure: 1. The pump with the conveying medium temperature greater than 100℃ 2. The power P>18.5KW. The driving rotor assembly is connected to the motor through the bearing box and the intermediate coupling. It needs to be aligned. The advantage is that the protective cover can be easily opened for cranking. When the pump is disassembled, there is no need to move the motor, saving manpower. The purpose of setting the intermediate coupling is mainly for the magnetic pump to prevent the high temperature of the medium from being transmitted to the motor.
