■Product Overview

Medium characteristics: black water with 5% to 30% solids, temperature ≤150℃, and a small amount of NH, HS, CO, Fe, the medium is easy to scale and corrosive.

The problem caused by the transportation of solid particle-containing media is that the erosion and corrosion of the overcurrent parts and mechanical seals are serious. In view of this situation,

a. Select suitable materials for the flow parts such as pump body, impeller and pump cover and deal with them strictly, which not only greatly prolongs the service life of wear-resistant parts, but also is very convenient for users to maintain.

b. The pump uses low speed, which improves the erosion resistance of the pump;

c. The mechanical seal has also taken corresponding measures: add a throttle ring at the mechanical seal to make the pump work in a good environment. Ensure long-term reliable operation of the mechanical seal. This simplifies the equipment maintenance process. The maintenance cost is greatly reduced, the key is that the reliability of equipment operation is greatly improved.

■Pump structure diagram and description

1. FZAM type coal chemical pump is mainly composed of: pump body, impeller, pump cover, sealing parts, shaft, bearing box and other parts according to the working conditions. There are three types of structure according to the working conditions and performance parameters of the medium.

2. Structure 1: Mainly used for slag tank pumps with a head of ≤50m, low-pressure gray water pumps, feed pumps for settling tanks, coal grinding water pumps, pumps for devices with solid content less than 5%. Structure 2: Mainly used for slag pond pumps with a lift of >50m, low-pressure gray water pumps, settling tank feed pumps, coal grinding water pumps, and solids content less than 10%. Structure 3: It is mainly used for the settling tank underflow pump with a solid content of less than 30%, the filter feed pump, etc.

3. The pump flow parts are made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy (Ni-Hard).

4. The rotor parts are mainly composed of shaft, sleeve and impeller.

5. The bearing is installed in the bearing box, which supports the rotor and bears the axial force and radial force. The body series pump uses a combination of cylindrical roller bearings and paired angular contact ball bearings. The bearings are lubricated with lubricating oil.

6. The pump is driven by the motor through the elastically lengthened diaphragm coupling. The direction of rotation of the impeller is counterclockwise from the inlet end of the pump, the inlet of the pump is horizontal, and the outlet is vertical.

7 This series of pumps adopts mechanical seal, and the flushing scheme adopts API682; PLAN11 or PLAN32 scheme according to the working conditions.

8. This series of pumps must be tested for performance and operation before delivery, and provide customers with test reports for each pump.
