1. Material characteristics:

The materials such as the pump body and other over-flow parts can be made of 06Cr13Ni4Mo, Ni-Hard and other corresponding materials according to the specific working conditions. Spray-resistant cobalt-based alloy can be sprayed in the flow channel to increase the service life of the flow channel.

The impeller and the pump body are lined with Ni-Hard wear-resistant alloy material or other alloy materials. For the spindle under high temperature conditions, high-strength precipitation hardening stainless steel is used.

2. Structural principle:

Adopt good casting performance and high-strength material as the material of pressure-bearing parts, lined with high wear-resistant protective plate to improve the durability of the pump; according to the specific working conditions, AP1682, PLAN32, PLAN23+62, PLAN54 can be selected In other solutions, to achieve the reliability of the seal, the organic combination of multi-row bearings can withstand the axial force generated by the imported high pressure.

3. Conditions of use:

The product can be used for a long time under the working conditions of inlet pressure <8.5MPa, flow rate ~1600m3/h, head ~300m, temperature ~300℃, and solid content of the transport medium below 20%. According to different working conditions, the material can be adjusted appropriately to meet the requirements of various conditions.
