■ Product Overview

TD vertical barrel pump is a multi-stage, radial split structure. The type of impeller is single-suction structure, segment guide vane, single-stage shell. In order to improve the anti-cavitation performance of the pump, the first-stage impeller adopts suction-type impeller.

The axial force is balanced by the balancing disk device, and the residual axial force is borne by the matching angular contact ball bearings.

The casing bears the inlet pressure, the length of the casing and the installation depth of the pump depend on the requirements of the cavitation allowance of the device. At the same time, the pump can also be used as a multi-stage submerged pump, tank pump and multi-stage pipeline pump. When used as a multi-stage submerged pump, the pump can be installed in the medium tank, at which time no housing is required. When it is used as a multi-stage pipeline pump, it can adopt the horizontal entry and exit of the standard structure, and can also remove the shell and directly install the suction flange and the pipeline connection at the lower part of the pump.

From the motor end, the pump turns counterclockwise.

The large oil storage room of the bearing box is equipped with an independent internal circulation automatic lubrication system, and a lubricating oil cooling system can be configured according to the temperature condition of the transport medium. In the maintenance process of mechanical seals or balancing components, the bearing components can be removed from the pump as a whole without having to disassemble the bearing separately, and the motor and motor bracket do not need to be disassembled, simplifying the maintenance process.

When the insertion depth of the pump reaches a certain depth, the pump shaft is provided with an intermediate support, but the whole has no contact, and the rigid design.
