■ Product Overview

In order to meet the needs of the development of sulfuric acid production technology, our company has developed the LSB series of high-temperature concentrated sulfuric acid liquid submerged pumps together with the Institute of Metallic Materials, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai Jiaotong University, and Jiangsu University of Technology, and has been successfully applied in several sulfuric acid plants. LSB Series concentrated sulfuric acid pump has the following characteristics:

1. Develop and select an excellent hydraulic model of the pump to make the running performance stable and efficient and energy-saving.

2. Develop and adopt the most advanced anti-corrosion materials in China. The over-flow components are made of special corrosion-resistant alloys, and the rest of the parts are made of special corrosion-resistant cast iron, which further extends the service life of the pump.

3. Widely absorb the advantages of the structural design of sulfuric acid pumps at home and abroad, increase the length of the suction pipe; make the rigidity of the pump set increase, and the operation is stable and reliable.

4. This series of pumps are standardized, highly versatile, have good interchangeability, and are easy to disassemble and maintain.
