■ Product Overview

The SG series pipeline pump is a new vertical single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump developed for pressurized water supply in high-rise buildings and solving the problem of low pipeline pressure. It has greater advantages than the horizontal centrifugal pumps currently used. Due to the use of advanced mechanical seals, the motor main shaft is connected with the shaft to install the impeller, so it has less leakage loss, high efficiency, low power consumption, compact structure, small size, light weight and easy maintenance. According to the needs of head and flow, it can be used and connected in series.

■ Product use

SG series pipeline pumps are mainly suitable for high-rise buildings, garden sprinkler irrigation, pipeline pressurization, cooling water circulation, flammable and explosive liquid and corrosive liquid transportation, and various boiler water supply, HVAC, chemical, petroleum pipeline equipment.

(1) The SG common type is suitable for pressurized water supply and cooling in high-rise buildings, garden sprinkler irrigation, water supply on cooling towers, long-distance water delivery, refrigeration and washing, and bathroom circulation. The use temperature is below 80℃.

(2) The SGR hot water type is suitable for high-temperature hot water pressurization cycles in industries such as heating houses and boilers. The use temperature is below 140℃.

(3) The SGP corrosion-resistant type is a stainless steel pipeline pump that transports corrosive media. It is suitable for use in the process of food, pharmaceutical, winemaking, chemical and other industries. The use temperature is below 100℃.

(4) SGB explosion-proof type is suitable for non-corrosive, flammable and explosive liquid transportation of petroleum and chemical liquids. The use temperature is below 80℃.

(5) The SGPB anti-corrosion and explosion-proof type is suitable for the transportation of corrosive and explosive liquids such as chemical and chemical liquids. The use temperature is below 140℃.
